Emotional healing and self-discovery are essential to living a balanced and fulfilling life. At Heart Centered Solutions, I believe that high-quality therapy should be accessible to those seeking support. My rates reflect my commitment to offering professional care at a transparent cost.

Standard Session Rate

Each therapy session is $225, which includes the required Santa Fe, New Mexico, gross receipts tax. Appointments typically last between 50 to 60 minutes and are designed to provide a safe and supportive space for growth and healing.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and schedules change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours or missed appointments will incur a $100 fee. Thank you for understanding the importance of honoring scheduled commitments.

Important Insurance Information
I accept Medicaid but do not accept Medicare. If you choose to use insurance, your provider requires that I assign a mental health diagnosis based on your symptoms at the time of your initial visit. For those seeking complete privacy in their therapy, some clients opt to self-pay rather than use insurance.
