At Heart Centered Solutions, I provide therapy services in Santa Fe, New Mexico, to help individuals find clarity, healing, and self-discovery. My approach blends traditional counseling with holistic techniques, including the transformative power of the labyrinth, to bring peace, balance, and a deeper connection to yourself.

Path to Clarity & Peace

The labyrinth is a heart-centered tool that guides individuals toward self-awareness and emotional balance. Engaging in its movement—whether physically walking or tracing it with your finger—helps quiet the mind, focus intentions, and unlock inner wisdom.
Ways to “walk” the labyrinth:
  • Question: Enter with a question in mind. Pause at the center, release the question, and allow stillness to guide you. As you walk back out, remain open to the insights that arise.
  • Mantra: Repeat a calming phrase such as “Guide me” or “Spirit, enter my life” as you move through the labyrinth. At the center, take a deep breath, let go of the mantra, and embrace any new clarity or understanding.

Individual Therapy
I work with children (ages 3-12), adolescents, adults, and elders. Whether you’re facing a crisis, working through trauma, or seeking personal growth, individual therapy provides the tools to clear obstacles and create new possibilities.
Counseling Sessions
Sessions are 50 - 60 minutes long and typically scheduled once a week. Regular sessions allow us to build a trusting relationship and explore the journey to healing together.
